After your custom mattress has been handcrafted and packaged (usually within 14-days), it will be shipped using our next-working day delivery service at no extra cost to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible.

Same-day notification by noon with a 1-hour delivery window and the option to reschedule for a more convenient day.
