Every curve must match the frame exactly.

This is not machine work — it is done by hand, by skilled craftspeople who have been perfecting this for years.

They typically use foam rated at around 28-30kg per cubic metre — standard across the industry but not ideal for regular touring use. This density bottoms out quickly under regular use, particularly if you or your partner are over 12 stone.

Our replacement Hobby caravan mattresses use minimum 33kg per cubic metre reflex foam as standard, going up to 39kg per cubic metre for our premium options.
