Love our new motorhome mattress. Well packaged and quick delivery.

The quality of both the mattress and the design consultancy were excellent from start to finish. We required a bespoke shaped mattress and considerable time was spent with us discussing and agreeing the best solution to our needs. The mattress was completed for us within 2 weeks and the quality is superb. A bespoke mattress is never going to be cheap and so committing is potentially a nervous experience. The price was highly competitive and the warranty the longest. We have attached pictures which show the following : (1) Our old (very) tired and quite thin mattress; (2) Ours was a 2 section mattress, and this picture shows the superior thickness compared to our old mattress; (3) This is the new mattress fully installed; (4) The label confirming Caravan Mattress supplied out superb, comfortable, ache free new mattress. Tis is the real deal, great people to deal with and a quality product delivered.

We've just installed the mattress in our 2018 Bailey Senator Virginia and it fits perfectly on the fixed island! It's also so comfortable... We absolutely love it. Because we are using this caravan on site for a home renovation, having a mattress that felt like a proper one you'd have in a bedroom was really important to us. It's exceeded my expectations! Also because it's double the depth of the original one, it's nice to be that little higher up to see the view out the window even better.

What a difference! Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to follow instructions for measuring the mattress size to ensure a perfect fit. Very quick turn around time and early delivery made sure we had it before our holiday in the tin can. Two weeks of comfortable sleep - home from home. Really do recommend!

Ordering process was quite straightforward. Good communication from them as to the process and when dispatched. Mattress is comfortable. Had a very strong smell when arrived would advise leaving to air before you use it. Unfortunately I was heading off that day so had to use it. But next day there was no smell

New mattress finally at the van, it's a bit bigger than the old (as in wider) but still enough room to walk round etc. Fabulously thicker, so much comfort! Wish I ordered one ages ago. Having the option to draw a template first before committing to the correct shape/style was brilliant. I can't wait for our first night tonight. Lying on it though you can feel the difference!

We decided a bit last minute to purchase a new mattress for our elddis 840 before we went to France on our annual trip spoke direct to caravan mattress told them our dates and they said they could accommodate the mattress was delivered 2 days early and fitted like a glove !! Just got back from 2 weeks great sleep in France thanks again for everything!!

Angelo was a huge help in choosing the right mattress for us. He was also an emense help in getting the correct size. The previous mattress was made by Swift but it was too big and didn't fit the bed properly. The mattress arrived well within the quoted timescales. I was a bit dubious at first as the box it came in was far smaller in width than the original mattress. When we put it on the bed and took the plastic off it not only rolled out lenghtwise but it had also been folded in half. After a few seconds it had expanded beautifully and fitted the bed perfectly. We have not slept on the mattress yet but it feels perfect. The help and service we have had from Angelo and CaravanMattresses is second to none and I would highly recomend them. Also a big thank you to Bishops Caravans on the A16 north of Louth for recomending them. Thank you Angelo.

If you need a new mattress then I would highly reccomend contacting Caravan Mattresses I had a couple of conversations prior to ordering a new mattress for our Bailey Persuit 530-4 caravan and received some sound, friendly advice. The mattress arrived, put in place and it's great, well finished and very comfortable. The vacuum packaging is brilliant, so much easier getting the new one into the caravan than getting the old one out

We were a bit apprehensive making such a large purchase for an item we were buying without seeing first or testing how comfortable it would be. We bought hoping that all the reviews were genuine and I can honestly say, We have not regretted the purchase at all. Measuring the size was easy as full instructions were given and also as a back up, we supplied the make, model and year of our caravan and it is well made and fits like a glove. The delivery was super quick and we cannot wait now until the end of the month when our next outing will be so that we can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.

After so many uncomfortable nights recently in our 2013 Bailey Pegasus we decided to hunt for a new mattress and chose CaravanMattresses for our order. Ordered 2 mattresses for our static caravan. We chose the Grand Crescent 10” King Size for the main bedroom and the Coolplus 8” Double for the second bedroom. Both mattresses were delivered on time and very well packaged. We have slept in them both and are very happy with them, they are a massive upgrade from the original caravan mattresses and are very comfortable.

The 'Swift Bodyshape Island Rounded Bolster Caravan Mattress - premium support' is a massive improvement on the mattress we had previously. We used to dread going to bed in the caravan but now it is a dream. I messaged to ask for an update on the mattress and I got a prompt detailed response telling me where about the mattress was in production and what the next steps were which was great! It arrived within 15 days despite most other companies not getting orders to us quickly due to our remote location.

On searching for a company who make replacement mattresses for caravans, we came across Caravan Mattresses co.uk. On reading the reviews we contacted Angelo at the company. Our dimension changes to the original mattress has given us what we wanted to achieve, more room to pass around the bed area as neither of us are 1.96m tall.The original mattress was only 80mm thick so 150mm has made a massive improvement. We are in our 60’s and were finding that our original campervan mattress wasn’t giving us the support we needed for a good night’s sleep. We were even contemplating changing our van when we came across this company’s website. I ordered our mattress by phone and we received it 10 days later. It fits perfectly and we shall sleep on it for the first time tonight, it looks very well made and of excellent quality. I had ordered a 20 cm depth mattress but when it arrived it measured 15 cms. I emailed the company and they responded immediately apologising for the error, and they refunded the difference between the 2 depths straight away. I cannot fault their customer service and the depth of the mattress looks perfectly adequate. I would highly recommend this company.

I had excellent customer service from Angelo who patiently answered all my questions and adviced what would best meet my needs. My caravan is twenty years old but they had the dimensions on file and even made an adjustment to allow for duvet being tucked in easier. Mattress arrived exactly as requested with regular updates so I was able to still enjoy my caravan break. Mattress fitted well is just right firmness for me. Unsure what I needed so I telephoned direct and spoke to the salesman ( sorry forgot his name), and he was very polite and helpful. We ordered the 10inch memory foam mattress because we both have back trouble. We asked for delayed delivery and had it delivered direct to camp site on the day we arrived. Nothing was to much trouble for him. After three nights sleeping on it we are over the moon, what a fantastic mattress and perfect fit. From start to finish the service was excellent, and the mattress is out of this world. So please we found a genuine business and workforce.

I have waited to leave this review because I wanted to sleep on the new mattress for at least two weeks before making a comment on it. I once ordered work boots on eBay and then left a glowing review because they felt so comfortable and were such a good fit. Then the fish glue that held them together slowly gave up and they fell to bits within three days. Once bitten, twice shy. Because the new mattress is a different type to the one that came with the caravan, it took a fair bit of getting used to, simply because it felt different and acted differently when laid upon. I'd slept in my caravan 500 times and it was eight years old when I bought it so I'd guess that people, including me, have spent at least 550 nights sleeping on the original mattress and it was, at 13 years old, well in need of replacement. I nervously measured up the size of the original and then measured it all again and used a computer to figure out if my measurements were even faintly correct, using geometry. Once I'd convinced myself that my measurements were correct, I sent my order off to Angelo and his team. I was a little nervous because it was a big investment and, if you've seen the movie "This Is Spinal Tap", one misunderstanding regarding measurements can have huge consequences. A week or so later, the new mattress arrived. I excitedly unpacked it in my living room at home to check it and it seemed to be good. NB: Please don't do this unless you have a very large pick-up truck like I have, wait and unpack your mattress in your caravan! I drove the 92 miles to my caravan with the new mattress safely in the back of my pick-up and, after much wrestling to get the old mattress out of the caravan and even more wrestling to get the new one in, I am happy to report that it fitted perfectly and has given me some of the best nights' sleep I've ever been blessed to have. I still find the feel and behaviour of the mattress a little strange but that is only because I've never had a mattress of this type before. One of the downsides of downsizing from a coach built motorhome to a factory built panel van is the comfort of the beds. This may not be the case if you are fortunate to have a drop down bed or a purpose made mattress, but in general, you are sleeping on your seats. I’ve tried 2 inch memory foam toppers without success and didn’t think I would ever get a really good nights sleep in our Campervan. My wife suggested we pay a visit to Caravan Mattresses in Birmingham to see if they could help. We made an appointment with Angelo and drove up to meet him with our Campervan. With a warm welcome, he demonstrated and I tried a number of mattresses in their showroom. Having selected a couple of options Angelo suggested I try them out in our Campervan. Wow, what a game changer, these turned a seat into a bed. After selecting my preferred option Angelo carefully measured a customised fit with cut outs to accommodate the van structure. As our van supports duel single beds, a purpose made fill was supplied for the longer bed, so that the mattress could be used on either side. The mattress supplements one of the existing seats/bed. We received an incredible personalised service, resulting in a top-notch product, that has transformed my sleep in our Campervan. Well worth a visit to Caravan Mattresses and a big thank you for this cost effective solution. Delivery didn’t take too long.

Well, after 10 weeks of an amazing trip that took us all the way to Sicily and round Sicily, we are now back home. Temperatures of 35 plus degrees became too much for all of us and so we headed back as the Italian schools broke up for holiday. And the mattress was an amazing success!!

The quality of the mattress is excellent..... maybe even too good! We ordered what we considered to be the best caravan mattress within our budget, but to be honest, the comfort and support is amazing, so much so, we could have bought something less deep and still have enjoyed a fantastic night's sleep, without my wife having to take a run up to scramble up into the bed! (But she isn't the tallest person in the world!) The finish of our caravan mattress cannot be faulted and the fit is perfect..... thank you!

Hi Guys just got it on our boat yesterday, amazing fit and amazing sleep!

Ordered a new mattress and we are very pleased with it. It was easy to place the order. It arrived within the timescale and was packaged in a way that made it easy to fit through the narrow caravan door and onto the bed frame. There was no horrid chemical smell when we unwrapped it and it quickly took its shape after being rolled so thin. We found it is incredibly comfortable and really happy with the product. We are discussing getting another one for the bed at home!

He also gave us the knowledge and confidence to create a template for our mattress which only has one 90 degree corner! Posted the template and placed order on the Monday before Easter - our new mattress arrived the following week. It's superb quality and fits perfectly, in fact better than the original! The foam mattress we bought was too soft for us. Caravan Mattresses invited us to their showroom to try alternatives, and we found a pocket sprung mattress much more suitable. They exchanged it with no fuss – fantastic service.

Fits our motorhome like it was made for it!

We ordered by using the website, and paid direct, next day the company rang as we had made a sizing mistake so they could make the correct mattress. The mattress then arrived a week later, we popped it into our motorhome and let it open up. We had to test it out and 2 days later we did finding it even more comfortable than our bed in the house, we're even more looking forward to touring Spain this winter.

Really good company to deal with. Needed a Tri fold mattress for my campervan that was not a straightforward shape or design. These guys were super helpful and once the final design measurements were triple checked and confirmed it was made and delivered within 1 week. I went for the charcoal cover, 10cm depth with 3 layers of different foam, cool gel in the middle. The result is a very soft and comfortable mattress to sink into that folds back and out of the way.
