Delivery Lead Times
All our mattresses are made to order. Production times vary by season:

| Low season (Sept–Feb) | Approx. 5 working days |
| Mid season (Mar–May) | Approx. 5–7 working days |
| High season (Jun–Aug) | Approx. 7–12 working days |
These timescales are a guide. Sometimes we dispatch much sooner; occasionally an order takes a little longer depending on production capacity. We'll keep you updated.
All caravan mattresses are custom-made to order. We'll contact you if there's any change to these estimated times — thank you for your patience as we make your order with the highest quality and care.
Delivery Notifications

- Advance booking with a 3-hour time slot.
- Rolled & boxed mattresses and toppers
- Same-day text notification with a 1-hour window, with the option to reschedule for a more convenient day if you won't be available.
- Easy caravan access
- All rolled mattresses are vacuum-packed for easy manoeuvring through narrow caravan doors and corridors.
UK Mainland Only
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and aren't able to ship overseas or to offshore destinations. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, get in touch before ordering and we'll happily let you know.
