Guarantee

Our Guarantee

We stand behind every mattress we make — with cover of up to 10 years on the foam core, and springs where fitted, at the heart of it.

Your Guarantee, By Product

The guarantee length depends on the mattress or topper you choose — the more you invest in the build, the longer we cover it. Here's the cover for each:

All guarantees run from the date of purchase and cover the foam core, and springs where fitted. The removable cover and zip are guaranteed for the first 12 months on every product. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

What's Covered

Your guarantee covers the parts that matter most — the foam core and springs that give your mattress its support and comfort:

  • Defects in the foam core and springs, in materials and workmanship — the guarantee period varies by product, as shown in the table above.
  • Lasting indentations in the foam beyond what is normal for the age of the mattress: deeper than 30mm in the first year, 40mm up to 5 years, or 50mm after 5 years — measured with the mattress empty and a straight edge laid across the surface.
  • Splits or cracks in the foam material under normal use.

A Word on Body Impressions

All foam softens a little where you sleep on it night after night, and a body-shaped impression will gradually form on any mattress or topper made with foam. This is completely normal — it's a sign the foam is moulding to you, not a fault. Impressions are often more noticeable on larger sizes, where the middle of the mattress is used less.

Your guarantee covers lasting indentations only where they go beyond the normal depths for the age of the mattress set out above, and aren't caused by an unsupportive bed base. Comfort and firmness are personal, so changes in how a mattress feels over time aren't covered — but a genuine manufacturing fault always is.

Your Cover & Zip

The removable cover, including its zip, handles and stitching, is guaranteed against faults in materials or workmanship for the first 12 months. After that, the cover and zip are not covered by the long-term guarantee — but your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always remain.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal softening, body impressions within the normal depths, and general wear and tear.
  • Changes in comfort preference.
  • Damage from improper use or care.
  • The cover and zip beyond the first 12 months.
  • Commercial use, such as rental caravans or touring businesses.
