We stand behind the quality of our caravan mattresses with guarantees of up to 10 years on all our products.
What's Covered
- ✓ Defects in material and workmanship (guarantee period varies by product - up to 10 years from date of purchase)
- ✓ Visible indentations deeper than 33mm (3cm) not caused by improper use
- ✓ Splits or cracks in the foam material under normal use
- ✓ Mattress cover zip assembly faults (first year only)
What's Not Covered
- ✕ Normal increase in softness or wear and tear
- ✕ Changes in comfort preference
- ✕ Damage from improper use or care
- ✕ Commercial use (e.g. rental caravans or touring businesses)
