Four Layer Construction
Deep memory foam that cradles your hips and shoulders, with the breathable foam sealed into the cover so it never turns warm and clammy under you.

Cover that draws the heat away (Revo™)
The internet calls this a cool gel foam. There is no gel in it — the foam is made with open cells, so the heat you give off moves away instead of building up under you. And it is built into the cover itself: sandwiched between two layers of fabric, sewn in at the edges so it can never shift, then quilted in a wave pattern. That makes it the first thing you lie on, and it comes away with the cover when you unzip it. Very few manufacturers have the skill to make a cover like this.

Deep memory foam that moulds to you (Vasco™60)
It softens with your body heat and cradles your shoulders, hips and back, so the places that ache stop taking your weight. It soaks up movement too, so when one of you gets up in the night the other stays asleep.

Springy support layer that stops you sinking (Laytec™)
It sits under the memory foam, holds everything up and keeps your back in line. You get the deep cushioning on top without dropping too far into the bed.

Firm base layer
A steady, hard-wearing base that holds the mattress in shape year after year. It's what stops a dip forming where you lie, and it keeps the whole thing light enough to handle on your own.

Measuring Guide
We make the foam to the measurements you provide; the mattress cover then adds a centimetre or two to the finished size.
If your bed sits in a tight recess, or you'd like room for tucking in bedding, we recommend reducing your measurements though this remains a personal preference.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will I have to turn it?
- No. It's made to be slept on one side only, and that side is marked. And because it's made to the shape of your bed, it isn't meant to be turned round either — it only fits one way.
- How do the memory foam and cooling work together?
- The memory foam takes the weight off your hips and shoulders; the foam in the cover carries the heat away. That's how you get the cradle of memory foam without the warmth that usually comes with it.
- Does it really sleep cooler?
- Yes. The foam built into the cover is the same one that does the cooling in our Coolplus (Revo™). In testing, thirty times more air moves through it than through a premium memory foam mattress. In plain terms, the heat you give off goes somewhere instead of building up under you.
- What do the four layers do?
- A breathable foam cover on top, then deep memory foam, then a springy layer that keeps your back in line, over a firm base. The top two cushion you; the bottom two stop you sinking.
- How long does a rolled mattress take to expand?
- Usually 95% of its shape and size within the first hour or two. Sometimes it can take 24 hours or so to regain its shape fully.
- What's included?
- The mattress with its breathable zip-off cover, care instructions, and an 8-year guarantee on the foam.
- Is Firm comfortable for a long stay away?
- Yes. Firm gives you more support underneath while the memory foam still cushions the top, so it stays comfortable whichever way you sleep.
