At Caravan Mattresses, every single mattress we make is custom — cut by hand to your exact measurements at our Birmingham workshop with over 40 years' experience behind every stitch.

Off-the-shelf mattresses are made in standard sizes designed for domestic beds. Caravan beds are rarely standard. They're shorter, narrower, oddly shaped, or fitted into spaces with corners cut away to accommodate wheel arches, gas lockers or storage compartments. Every custom mattress is made to order at our Birmingham workshop and delivered free to your door anywhere in the UK. We don't cut down standard sizes or compromise on materials — your mattress is built from scratch to your specification. Most orders are completed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.
