Whether you have a standard fixed double, an island bed with curved corners, a French bed with angled edges or an unusual shape that no off-the-shelf mattress will ever fit, our Design Your Mattress service lets you specify exactly what you need. Every mattress is handcrafted to your precise measurements at our Birmingham workshop.

Choose Your Size and Shape

Start with your dimensions. Measure your existing mattress or bed base carefully — length, width and any corner cuts or curves — and enter them at checkout. We can manufacture mattresses in virtually any shape including:

• Standard rectangles — any length and width combination
• Corner cut-offs — nearside or offside corners cut at any angle
• Radius corners — curved corners to match your bed base
• Island bed splits — two-piece mattresses for beds accessible from three sides
• French bed shapes — angled or tapered edges for slide-out beds
• Boat hull shapes — curved profiles for marine and motorhome applications
• Bolster configurations — shaped bolsters and foot end pieces to complete your island bed

Choose Your Filling

Once you have your shape, choose the filling that suits your comfort preference and budget:

• Memory foam — body-contouring pressure relief, our most popular choice
• High-density memory foam — firmer support with enhanced durability
• Pocket springs — traditional sprung feel with individual spring response
• Pocket spring with memory foam top — the best of both worlds
• Cool gel foam — temperature-regulating for warmer months
• Laytec™ natural latex — hypoallergenic and naturally breathable
• ReVo™ cooling layer — advanced temperature control for year-round comfort

Choose Your Cover

All mattresses come with a high-quality removable and washable cover. Choose from breathable damask, anti-allergen fabric or moisture-wicking options — particularly useful in caravans where condensation can be an issue overnight.

How It Works

Designing your mattress is straightforward. Select your preferred filling from the options above, enter your measurements at checkout, and leave the rest to us. Our team will cut, stitch and finish your mattress by hand before dispatching it direct to your door with free UK delivery. Most orders are completed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.
